Ginomai—meaning “to become” in Greek—grew out of Frederick and Cemeka Smith’s personal commitment to live intentionally, grow spiritually, and build a legacy that reflects who they are called to be.
Before it became a company, Ginomai was the vision they crafted for their own family: to pursue spiritual formation, emotional health, generational purpose, and a way of life rooted in clarity, courage, and obedience to God. Over the years, as they lived out this vision in their home, ministry, workplaces, and community, people began asking for guidance. What started as their private family framework for becoming soon became a pathway they now share with leaders, families, teams, and organizations seeking meaningful change.
Together, Frederick and Cemeka bring a rare blend of experience to the work of transformation. Their combined strengths create a holistic approach that integrates:
They believe transformation happens from the inside out—when clarity meets courage, and when the inner life of a person or organization aligns with its purpose. Their work is rooted in the conviction that transformed people transform communities, and that meaningful change is possible when people have the tools, support, and structure to grow.
